Assistance With Software

Many small business owners are, of course, experts at their business. But they are not necessarily experts when it comes to the software they need to run it.

I have many years of experience with the entire Microsoft Office Suite. My strengths are in Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Publisher. I am also familiar with Access and Visio.

Teach you to use your software 1-on-1
Problem-solve for specific things you are trying to do with your software
Set up mail-merge for you in Word
Set up macros in Word and Excel
Help you prepare Power Point presentations
Give you tips and tricks with each of these programs

Rates

For a first-time session, the rate is $30 an hour with a 2-hour minimum. However, if you are a return customer, I will simply charge you a minimum of only 15 minutes. You may also ask a reasonable number of follow-up questions in e-mail for free.
